Privacy Policy

This privacy policy refers to this website at Main Control run by me, David Bennett.

Personal data I collect

Comments are disabled by design; media uploads are disabled by design; and user logins other than the administrator of this site are disabled by design.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

I don’t collect any data apart from any that you provide in a Contact form, and I don’t have analytics enabled.

Rights you have over your data

You can request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. And it isn’t going to amount to very much other than what you provide to me when you use the contact form to give me information and data.

How I protect data

I use best web policies (SSL, HTPS, and strong passwords) to protect all data and this website, and I am careful about applications used on this site. In the event of a breach, I have SFTP access to the admin control panel.

What third parties I receive data from

I don’t receive data from any third parties.

Automated decision making or profiling

I don’t collect data, so there are no automated systems that I could employ.

Industry regulatory disclosure

None other than that this is a WordPress web site and it may be that there are things built into the code about which I am unaware.

Cookies

I checked manually whether any cookies are set by looking at this site in the Chrome browser. Then I right-clicked on the browser window and then clicked on the Application tab, and then scrolled down to Storage/Cookies – and it is empty.

In other words, I don’t store cookies.
